1). Ready Reckoner for Refund – (A) Academic Fee

If a student chooses to withdrawal from the program of study to which he/ she is enrolled, the University shall follow the following five tier system for the refund of fees remitted by the student.

1.	16 days OR more before the date of commencement of classes	INR. 5,000/-
2.	Within 15 days from the date of commencement of classes	10% of annual fees
3.	Upto 15 days after the date of commencement of classes	20% of annual fees
4.	More than 15 days but less than 30 days after date of commencement of classes	50% of annual fees
5.	After 30 days of the date of commencement of classes	No Refund

*(Inclusive of Course Fee and Non-Tuition Fee)

2). Ready Reckoner for Refund – (B) Bus Fee

If a student chooses to withdrawal from the Bus, the University shall follow the following five tier system for the refund of fees remitted by the student.

2.	Within 15 days from the date of commencement of classes	INR. 3,000/-
3.	Upto 15 days after the date of commencement of classes	INR. 6,000/-
4.	More than 15 days but less than 30 days after date of commencement of classes	INR. 15,000/-
5.	After 30 days of the date of commencement of classes	No Refund

3). Ready Reckoner for Refund – (C) Hostel Fee

If a student chooses to withdrawal from the Hostel, the University shall follow the following five tier system for the refund of fees remitted by the student

Fee Payable for Hostel During Summer Semester:

Calendar Year 2021: Rs. 30000 Excluding Food.
Calendar Year 2022: Rs. 30000 Excluding Food.
Calendar Year 2023: Rs. 30000 Excluding Food.

Fee payable for stay in Hostel on casual basis subject to availability of seat.

Rs. 500/- per day without food charges.

Note: These refund rules are only for newly admitted students.
